Hi all! My name is Dempsey, and I’m a four-year-old pug. You may know my namesake Patrick Dempsey for his leading role as Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd in Grey’s Anatomy. While I don’t have a PhD in medicine, I have an advanced degree in cuddling and have been known to go by “McCutie” on occasion.

I’m a velcro pug, so I love being close to people. I also get along with other dogs and enjoy chasing cats (in a playful way). I am mostly housebroken, and I hope I am fully housebroken after I get neutered. I love going for walks and playing with small stuffed toys. I am currently heartworm positive, but the Pug Rescue of Austin will ensure all of my needs around my heartworks are taken care of.
